Pre-opening Brochure

Branding this new hotel in an up and coming section of the city became the focus for this pre-opening brochure and subsequent collateral materials. The butterfly represents the metamorphosis of an old neglected building into the jewel of a revitalized community. Since the building was not yet complete at the time we created sets in the photographers studio to simulate the look and quality of the luxury product to come.
